Our developers designed a custom storefront for National Auto Parts, an auto parts distributor in New Mexico. The custom storefront is necessary to take advantage of their existing fuse5 backend.
The Product Search page enables users to find parts easily using Year-Make-Model and search keyword filters. The feature integrates to the product catalog and inventory databases. Users now are able to self check out and sales orders automatically pops up on fuse5’s CRM queue.
EM Developers also implemented a user management workflow to approve new users. The workflow is integrated to fuse5’s Customer Relationship Management system.
EM’s team collaborated closely with NAPABQ’s business owner / project manager, releasing and demonstrating a weekly build, Agile style. The team worked through holidays and fixed bugs responsively during the beta period. Finally, the team also coordinated the launch and installation of the e-commerce website on Rackspace, NAPABQ’s server of choice.
NAPABQ wanted a Product Search page, and instead gained a fully functioning B2B E-Commerce website. NAPABQ is now well positioned to serve its business customers more efficiently based on its e-commerce platform.
