TruSignal asked us to redesign their website to better engage and educate visitors, as well as facilitate the sales dialogue to help shorten the sales cycle. More specifically, they asked us to simplify and clarify their messaging, show (rather than tell) their solutions, improve navigational functionality and website responsiveness, better delineate points of competitive differentiation, and ultimately increase key metrics as tracked in Google Analytics.
We redesigned and rewrote the entire site from top to bottom. This included a new framework, new design, all new graphics, and all new copy -- all in WordPress. Specifically, new graphical work included a new home page graphic and scrolling form, an improved funnel visualization, and a new explanation of ROI measurement. Additionally, we designed and created new collateral (downloads on website), a style guide, and an email template.
Overall we began with Discovery to set out the goals for the site and messaging, and we ended with extensive User Testing to ensure messages and site navigation were understood.
