Engaging on the web: using community to drive more business
EM Marketing created a community website to complement a 24/7 cable station and online betting site. Project management included defining requirements, managing team of designer and two developers and implementation. The website featured several “live” widgets on home page.
With over 10,000+ members, the #1 horseracing community drove true engagement – an average of 13 minutes on site, 14 page views/visit. As users now had a place to gain and share insights, TVG saw increased velocity and quantity of betting.
