Sr. Product Marketing Manager
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager (Contract) to join our Adobe Acrobat team to help shape and scale the next generation of AI‑powered creation and consumption experiences. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of product strategy, go‑to‑market execution, and performance optimization, focusing on the micro/SMB business professional audience and driving net‑new AI launches while evolving Acrobat.
As a top-tier marketer, you bring deep fluency across AI capabilities, customer workflows, and the competitive landscape. You are comfortable influencing product roadmaps, translating research into compelling value propositions, and leading complex, cross‑functional launches end‑to‑end. You are highly analytical, outcome‑driven, and passionate about building experiences that solve real customer problems at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Own product marketing leadership for current and future AI innovations across Acrobat, bringing deep fluency across AI capabilities, customer workflows, and the competitive landscape.
- Roadmap Influence: Partner closely with Product and Design to inform prioritization and roadmap direction, influencing decisions that scale new creation and consumption modalities.
- Value Proposition: Define research‑validated value propositions and develop persona‑led hero use cases that anchor positioning and storytelling for AI‑powered Acrobat workflows.
- Customer Validation: Lead internal and external user validation ahead of GA, translating qualitative insights into refinements across both product experiences and overall narrative.
- Go‑to‑Market Strategy and Execution: Lead net‑new, end‑to‑end AI product launches and own value‑led monthly releases, enabling cross‑functional teams through demos, walkthroughs, and GA readiness across all marketing assets.
- Launch Impact: Set success metrics and performance targets with Analytics, tracking adoption, engagement, and business impact to inform ongoing product and GTM optimization as well as executive-level recommendations for prioritization.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Product Marketing experience, with a proven track record of leading complex, 1→N product launches from strategy through execution.
- Demonstrated success defining strategy for a distinct audience segment or growth business, including shaping positioning, GTM, and adoption at scale.
- Experience driving growth strategies within scaled consumer or hybrid consumer/SaaS businesses.
- Strong customer and market intuition, with the ability to deeply understand user behaviors, evolving needs, and emerging trends that inform product and narrative decisions.
- Exceptional positioning and storytelling skills, translating sophisticated product innovations into clear, differentiated, customer‑led value.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing is required with a proven track record of successful product launches.
