Product Marketer (VAP)
Role Overview:
This position is on Visa’s Buyers and Sellers Solutions Product Marketing team and will support the growth and adoption of the Visa Analytics Platform (VAP) — Visa’s data and insights platform that helps customers analyze payment performance, benchmark against peers, uncover trends, and make more informed business decisions.
The consultant will serve as a strategic and hands-on Product Marketing Manager, helping drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of key platform capabilities. This role will support a blend of product marketing, content development, and campaign execution initiatives, partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and agency teams to bring new features and value propositions to market.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing messaging and content as they are coordinating cross-functional execution. This role requires someone who can translate complex analytics capabilities into compelling customer value, while ensuring go-to-market initiatives are delivered effectively and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Support product marketing initiatives for Visa Analytics Platform, helping drive awareness, engagement, and feature adoption among target customer segments.
- Develop and refine product positioning, messaging, and customer-facing content that clearly communicates the value of VAP’s analytics and benchmarking capabilities.
- Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing stakeholders to understand product priorities and support go-to-market execution.
- Create and manage marketing assets including sales enablement materials, customer communications, presentations, web content, and campaign collateral.
- Coordinate campaign execution across multiple channels and functional teams, including PR, Social, Paid Media, Lifecycle Marketing, and agency partners.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and operating processes to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, adoption, and understanding of VAP features through targeted content and campaigns.
- Build strong relationships across internal teams and external partners to facilitate collaboration and execution.
Qualifications:
- 7–10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Go-to-Market Strategy, or B2B Marketing within technology, payments, fintech, SaaS, or data/analytics-driven businesses.
- Experience translating complex products, platforms, or technical capabilities into clear customer value propositions and messaging.
- Strong content development skills, including creation of sales enablement materials, product collateral, presentations, and customer communications.
- Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns and cross-functional go-to-market initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects forward in large, matrixed organizations.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience working within large enterprise or Fortune 500 environments is preferred.
- Collaborative, proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
