Sr. Product Marketing Manager
Role Overview:
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Release Marketing, the focus is on bringing Adobe Firefly’s most important product and feature launches to market — fast and with precision. This means translating technical capabilities, complex pricing, and nuanced offers into narratives that customers actually understand and act on. It means building the messaging, the brief, the plan, and the story — then rallying the team to execute.
Responsibilities:
- Develop go-to-market launch strategies for highly technical and high-visibility product releases, including first- and third-party AI model integrations, Firefly Graph, Firefly Boards, and monetization, grounded in business priorities & objectives
- Get hands on with product and feature functionality, nuances, and limitations to build messaging frameworks centered on user benefits across multi-media content and channels
- Drive cross-functional alignment across product management, marketing, and partnerships — especially under tight launch timelines
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the Firefly product and user experience. You’ll know how Firefly works in and out so you can easily translate it to external messaging to drive product adoption
- Present go-to-market briefings and coordinate across marketing channel teams such as Social, Website, SEO, Community, and Performance Media to execute plans and be the approver for content reviews
- Partner with integrated marketing teams to create and review campaign briefs that align product, demand gen, brand, and sales into one cohesive motion
- Turn complex pricing structures and product capabilities into sharp, digestible customer narratives, offers, and promotions
- Define launch success metrics and using post-launch data to continuously improve
- Partner with internal Research and Inbound Marketing teams to collect top Firefly use cases, then apply customer research and insights to sharpen positioning and go-to-market decisions
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in product marketing, advertising, integrated marketing, or related roles.
- Experience in tech, creative products and tools, and/or generative AI is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for creative judgment. Comfortable providing constructive feedback to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas or product information effectively and clearly to diverse audiences.
- Analytical and strategic problem solver, adept at using data and customer insights to inform decision making.
- Passionate about emerging creative AI technologies and knowledgeable about the generative AI landscape.
- BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising, Technology, or related field.
