SME Stable Workforce/Human Capital Management + ERP
Role Overview:
Intuit is seeking subject matter experts (SME) to join their stable bench of consultants who they can contact when a need arises. SMEs will review, edit, or write articles depending on the project..
Responsibilities:
The SME will make sure the article:
- Doesn’t overpromise (ensure it addresses “Gap Analysis” – identifying where the software fits and where it needs customization) or underdeliver
- Has mentions of user adoption strategies and executive leadership
- Does not use fluff, jargon, or lacks context
- All claims are backed
- Uses the correct technical entities (ex: API-first architecture, HCM lifecycle, GL integration)
- Is direct and authoritative
Qualifications:
You are a SME in:
Workforce/human capital management include the following areas:
- HR
- Payroll
- Staffing
- Insurance (not really something Intuit offers, but it comes up)
- Learning and development
- Compensation and benefits
- Time tracking
- Performance and goals
- Talent acquisition and onboarding
- Compliance and risk
- Operational efficiency
- Growth and expansion
- Labor forecasting
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) includes the following:
- All of the above Workforce components, but with additional knowledge of:
- Enterprise resource platforms and solutions like Sage Intacct, NetSuite, and Microsoft Dynamics (not necessarily those specific ones, but the features, the why’s and how’s of the features, what makes an ERP a fit for a company, etc.)
- They should have working knowledge of what enterprise resource platforms do, industry standards, and their capabilities and benefits (and detriments)
- Integration & security (API flexibility, future-proofing)
- Compliance and audits
- Scalability and growth
- Software customization
- Fractional CFOs and other fractional C-suiters
