Qtrac is a B2B SaaS company that digitizes the last mile of in-person service, transforming physical visits into measurable, data-driven customer experiences across industries. As the company scaled its go-to-market efforts, Qtrac needed to increase marketing efficiency while operating within a lean model. The Head of Marketing sought an innovative, high-impact partner capable of integrating advanced AI into the MarTech stack, enabling the team to remain agile, amplify impact, and avoid building a large, full-time organization.

EM Marketing placed Barry Strauss, a fractional consultant selected for his breadth of experience across the full marketing and technology spectrum and, critically, for his curiosity and eagerness to innovate. Qtrac needed a partner who would not only manage the current stack but actively help build what came next.
Barry acted as a tech-stack architect and GTM engineer, focusing on strategic, high-leverage initiatives. His primary contribution was the design and implementation of a custom AI-driven sales enablement system. Orchestrated using Make.com and fully integrated with HubSpot, the system ingests conversational data such as call transcripts and emails, analyzes it through a custom GPT, and delivers tailored objection-handling playbooks directly within the HubSpot customer record. This gave sales teams early visibility into likely objections and clear guidance on how to address them proactively, significantly improving sales efficiency and consistency.
